What makes Fontana Candles different from traditional candles?
Our candles are MADE SAFE® certified, meaning they are free from synthetic fragrances, petroleum byproducts, and toxins. We use 100% natural beeswax, coconut oil, and pure essential oils for a clean burn.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental US. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our facility.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders over $75. For orders below this amount, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your scent! If you are not satisfied, you can return unused candles within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, minus shipping costs.
Why is my wood wick not staying lit?
Wood wicks require a little extra care. Ensure you trim the wick to 1/8 inch before every burn and allow the wax to melt to the edges of the jar to prevent tunneling.
Are your candles safe to use around pets?
While our candles are made with natural ingredients, some essential oils can be sensitive for pets. We recommend burning them in well-ventilated areas and consulting with your veterinarian if you have specific concerns.
