Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the unused candles in their original packaging to prevent breakage during transit, as items damaged due to poor packing cannot be refunded.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; please note that return shipping costs may be deducted from your final refund.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
